Lately Jack & I have been going to visit Grammie at least one night a week for dinner. Jack loves to go to Grammie's house. Mostly because she lets him do things I normally won't and she always has treats for him. He adores his Grammie and her little dog Heidi. Over the last two years, she has struggled with being sick a lot and we haven't been able to do as many things with her as we would have liked to. But in the last month due to new meds, she is almost like her old self again! It is wonderful! I love our weekly visits with her. It warms my heart to watch them interact during our visits. I love that he has such an endearing relationship with her and that she has been able to be such a big part of his little life. There is nothing better for a child than to have so many people in their life that unconditionally love them. Thanks Mom, for being an amazing Grandma! I love you for it.
